Bethany Harold

Bethany is a mom of two boys, Brooks, 17 months old and new baby Baylor. She and her husband live with their family in Tennessee where they are stationed at Fort Campbell, KY. For the past six years she has been a Performance Expert helping Soldiers stay mentally and physically prepared for upcoming field trainings and deployments. She is currently working on her certification to become a Board Certified Lactation Consultant and post-natal specialist. Bethany loves being able to support other moms and their new motherhood journeys, spending time with her family and friends, and being a spouse in the ever-changing Army life. In her blog posts, she hopes to shine some light on what it’s like to be a mom and wife in an Army family and how to handle the world of c-sections and postpartum life.
