Sometimes us mamas get so wrapped up in shopping for our kids and our families, we forget that it’s okay to splurge on ourselves from time to time! I’ve rounded up a list of my top 5 fall favorites so far and compiled it below. No kid stuff allowed! As an LTK reward style member and Amazon affiliate, if you click and purchase through any of these links I may earn a small commission. As always, I’m not recommending anything I haven’t personally bought or owned myself. Let me know if you see anything that you also love, or if there’s anything you’d add to the list! xoxo
J.Crew Sweater Blazer
Since becoming a mom, I find myself usually buying clothing that could get stained without it hurting my soul. I mostly shop for everyday clothing from Target (as you’ll find in some of the other picks below) or Amazon - and don’t get me wrong, they have some really great, affordable, stylish pieces that are perfect for this season of my life. That being said, sometimes it’s nice to put something a little more luxurious on. Something about it makes me feel like the “old me” and that I am not as frumpy as I sometimes feel. I saw this J. Crew sweater blazer online and ordered it on a whim - something inside me was saying “you deserve this,” and I listened! Haha. The reviews mentioned it running big, so even though I’m pregnant I ordered a small (I think they were out of mediums at the time- but they’re now fully restocked). Guys it came, I opened it gingerly from the package, and it was beautiful. Fits perfectly. The fabric quality is so good - it’s going to be light enough to wear as a coat for fall but heavy enough to wear as a sweater (and possibly a coat) in the winter on non-freezing days. I forgot what it felt like to wear something of higher quality and now I can’t take it off (even though I’m mostly just wearing it around the house) LOL. I also like that it’s not maternity but it fits me now (7 months pregnant) and I’ll be able to wear it after the baby comes as well (and for many years to come). I highly, highly recommend.

I’ve been on the hunt to find a good candle. I love the Capri Blue candle, but nothing drives me crazier than buying it for the 30th time and having it burn unevenly and wasting over half of it. Every. Single. Time. One of my co-workers recommended this candle to me (you can buy it at Target!) and I’m so glad she did! It smells like the Capri Blue scent and it burns really well. Plus, it’s only $9.99. Can’t beat that.

Something about being stuck in my house all year makes me want to be more on top of my seasonal decorating. Haha. I ordered these (another great Target.com find) and am super happy with the quality. They look great in different areas of my house, you can mix and match them, and they’re pretty large (I cut them down to fit vases I already had). I think I ordered 5-6 and ended up returning a couple because I had all I needed.

Being pregnant + home all the time + colder temps = lots of tea time for me. I received this tea kettle for Christmas last year (great gift by the way) in the matte white and I am still in love. All of the colors they have are gorgeous. It looks beautiful on my oven, washes up easily, and makes a great pot of tea. If you’re looking to splurge a little on your tea routine, I highly recommend.

Do we see a pattern here? I think I’m Target’s #1 fan at the moment.I ordered this in a large (my non-pregnancy size is medium) and it fits really well. It’s comfortable, affordable, and I love the mock neck. It’s a little cropped, so I wear it with over the belly maternity pants, but once I have a waistline again, I’ll enjoy wearing this with jeans. I’m also happy I found it because it not only fits me now, but will be a great option for me (postpartum) this winter too!
